Raising
the roof... The
Searsons show was organized by the Vankleek Hill Agricultural Society to
reaise funds for a new hall to be constructed at the fairgrounds this
year. About 400 music-lovers enjoyed Cape Breton/Celtic fiddling and
entertainment provided by the Searsons. An auction rounded out the
evening.

a manner of speaking, raising the roof was precisely what the Searsons
were doing at the Caledonia Community Centre last Saturday evening.
